How to File a Warranty Claim

ALL WARRANTY ITEMS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE WARRANTY PORTAL

1. Select Start New Request Service in the top bar or above.
2. Select your unit
3. Verify information populated in Requested By and Email
4. Select Priority of issue
5. Please explain the reason for your warranty request.
6. You can check the status of your request by clicking on View Requests.


What Happens Next

A member of our Customer Care team will contact you to review your request.

24 hour response time during weekdays.
48 - 72 hour response time during weekends and holidays.
